Copyright in 2014 and 2015

Happy New Year!

Copyright in 2014 and 2014

On a personal level, 2014 was a major career change for me. After eighteen years of publishing and editing The Copyright & New Media Law Newsletter, I sold the Newsletter to a very capable and creative lawyer, Gretchen McCord. As a result, I am now spending more of my work hours consulting and teaching professional development courses on copyright law. Some highlights of recent consulting work include examining copyright issues in relation to digitization of libraries and archives; writing copyright guidelines; and preparing various educational and copyright awareness materials for a national bank. In 2015, I will continue to teach online and in-person courses, both for the public as well as customized webinars and courses (see below.)

I hope you have a healthy, happy and productive 2015!
