While I find myself to sometimes (ok, frequently) be the only on in my organization who notices or cares about this issue, I feel caught between a rock and a hard place in terms of not stepping on Legal’s toes. In my current role, I actually wrote to the legal person in charge of copyright for the org to ask what existing policies etc. were in place, and he never even answered me!
